Join us as we run at your pace through historic Nashville, allowing you to experience up close the cultural, historical and architectural highlights of Music City! In this interactive session a panel of experts will discuss the differences across generations, barriers to job opportunities and challenges to maintaining a strong workforce. Different perspectives from a wide variety of cultural ethnicities and backgrounds and their impact in the healthcare field will be explored. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their experiences with panel experts.
