Throughout its history, AABB has established several Memorial Awards to honor individuals who have made significant contributions on behalf of the transfusion medicine and biotherapies community. With these awards, AABB strives to acknowledge those whose contributions have helped to advance the field. AABB encourages you to recognize leaders in the field by submitting nominations for AABB's Memorial Awards.
Due to the 2022 Annual Meeting cancellation and prior virtual meetings during the pandemic, the AABB Board of Directors made the decision to carry over the celebration for the 2022 Awards recipients to the in-person 2023 AABB Annual Meeting in Nashville in October. AABB will begin collecting the next round of AABB Awards nominations for the 2024 nomination cycle during, or shortly after, the 2023 AABB Annual Meeting. We look forward to receiving your nominations then.
