Bailey will share how professionals in the blood and biotherapies field can elevate the culture by focusing on three key areas: activating talent, advancing talent and appreciating talent. Practical solutions and tips that can help attendees create an inclusive environment that fosters belonging and encourages everyone to bring their best selves to work will be shared.
The 2023 AABB Annual Meeting’s General Session will also feature remarks from AABB leadership including the presentation of the President’s Awards by AABB President Brian Gannon. The general session will lead into the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception.
